Paul Robert Blanchard, Dominican by birth, is founder and Managing Director of Blue Sky Realtors Ltd. based in Dominica. He is a former employee of the Dominica Social Security (a national insurance corporation) where he held various management positions for 15 years. Past active participation in local government, the Credit Union Movement and the Dominica Planning and Development Corporation, add to his wealth of knowledge and experience. A holder of an Executive Diploma in Management (EDM) from the University of the West Indies, Paul has a passion for serving people and fulfilling their needs.
