Description
11 acres (part of a 16 acre plot) of fine, partly-cultivated property located near the center of the island: at Belles. A refreshing stream flows across this property creating a waterfall and a cool bathing pool.
The land holds a main cultivation of bananas along with some citrus, cinnamon and avocado trees. A few small harvesting structures are laid on the property as well, including the main 2 level solid concrete building shown among the photos above.
