Paul Robert Blanchard, Dominican by birth, is founder and Managing Director of Blue Sky Realtors Ltd. based in Dominica. By managing properties for friends and relatives who reside overseas for over a number of years, Paul acquired great knowledge and a keen interest in that service sector which was almost non-existent on a commercial basis in Dominica.
He is a former employee of the Dominica Social Security (a national insurance corporation) where he held various management positions for 15 years.
Past active participation in local government, the Credit Union Movement and the Dominica Planning and Development Corporation, add to his wealth of knowledge and experience.
A holder of an Executive Diploma in Management (EDM) from the University of the West Indies, Paul has a passion for serving people and fulfilling their needs.
